We are proud to present the latest item in our Japanese collection which was missing. With this building comes an authentic Japanese Sento, a public bath (sometimes referred as Onsen).
The building comes with fine details and textures, has a LI of 93 and an initial foot print of 20 x 20m. Like that it fits perfectly even on small parcel. Like usally we provide you COPY + MODIFY permissions to customize it to your needs. It comes with a rezbox.
ATTENTION: An add-on pack is soon available helping you to setup the Sento in an authentic way.

Description not completely honest
As other reviews have stated, no physics on the walls. You can walk straight through the building. This should be stated in the item description. Otherwise, good value for the price. Dishonesty through omission brings the rating down to two stars, however.
Very nice looking, very low prims, but walls are phantom.
It adds a good chunk of work, and prims, to create invisible walls and line them up with the walls of this building.
Still...
It looks nice, and doesn't cost much LI to deploy.
So...
If you don't mind creating invisbile barriers to keep people from wandering *through* your buildings...
Also, that add-on pack would be much appreciated, at least a set of curtains that match if not some design like benches/buckets/showers/racks.
I'm mostly using cheap stools and the low prim INM showers for the wash area, but the dimensions of the doors are off from the curtains I have, so at least having those to match this design would be nice...
And they *should* be phantom :)

great product! <3 the best onsen house that you can ever find. the wall might be a bit phantom but you can fix that yourself if you wanted but none the less a great product with materiel enabled floor
