The first of my Beach Houses and the smallest and the best, it is for free.
The windows can be darkened.
It fits on the smallest coastline with only 20*20m and the prim amount is also not so big with 74 prims.
It comes boxed, including a Notecard for the setup instructions.
It is copy, but not modify or transfer.
