From teaching you the basic land tools, to landscaping & terraforming around your new home, just how you'd like it. eg, if you decide you want a cave, or bigger lagoon, more waterfalls, or garden area etc, it can be done within a few hours

Second life is full of nasty, thoughtless and rude neighbors, that don't care about you, your views, your lag and your privacy. So its up to the estate owner to allow this or not. Most simply don't care. I do not allow it - my estate rules are clear - No builds are allowed to go higher than the mountains that surround it, so other peoples builds can never be seen by neighbors.Your ocean or mountain views will never be obstructed. No Commercial and all builds have to "work with" the feel of the islands. So you will never arrive home to find a pink flashing night club next door.

★ 5) YOU WONT COME HOME TO FIND YOUR LAND IS GONE
A lot of estate owners buy land that they cant afford, they rent out parcels and one day have to sell the sim no matter how many tenants have paid up in advance. When you move in, we install a security orb on your parcel for free, you are then given all the operator rights, so that you can maintain it yourself.
