I got these houses this weekend for some RP, they looked great but had a small issue like a prim blocking the door, on both. I let her know and she immediately fixed it, reloaded the market with the fixed version and also sent to me. Excellent homes now and outstanding customer service. She was very sweet and thankful that I let her know about the issue. I would 1 thousand percent buy from PROPS again :)
