To use, first wear something on the upper and lower clothing layer. Then right click the applier in your inventory, and select Attach to HUD>Center 2. Click the APPLY button on the HUD. Then Detach the HUD.
Once this is done, you can optionally save the clothing layer objects by making copies of them in your inventory, and renaming them to a more descriptive name. From now on, just right-click the objects and select WEAR or ADD to quickly put on the clothing.
