Texture for PSC Delta armor truck. Vehicle not included.
Left No Mod, Can't Add To Vehicle
Wondered for years about it, finally grabbed it. Texture is no mod and thus you can't easily grab the ID for the texture. Not only is it NO MOD which is NOT as advertised, you can't do anything with it unless you want to do it in the way via grabbing the picture by OTHER MEANS and then I Have to worry about what consequences if I got help doing such that could come from it.
In short, sadly the product is pretty much not of use as advertised, and quite a time later no response has been received after contacting the creator.
As such, at this time, and as far as I can figure for the foreseeable future, this is probably not your U.N. paint you want to buy until and IF the permissions are ever fixed. There could be a language barrier or perhaps they may be just gone.
