DELIVERY FAILURE
If your delivery failed:
♡ You can check on your order status by going to your account screen on the Marketplace.

♡ Once there click on “Order History” to get details.
This should let you know the status of your order as well as any problems the Marketplace had delivering it.

REDELIVERY TERMINAL
Get your product re-delivered, come to the store and activate our re-delivery kiosk situated by the front entrance.
♡ Select the kiosk and in the blue menu choose Past Buys.
♡ In local chat click on the web link which will take you to an external website.
♡ All your past products will be displayed there, choose the items you wish to be re-delivered.
If you still didn't receive your item but your lindens was debited, please don't give a bad rating, instead contact DJ Mixemup by IM in world to make sure that your order will be delivered to you properly. All IMs are recorded by email.

REFUND POLICY
♡ Accidental mis-purchases of wrong products will not be refunded.
♡ Accidental double purchases of items will be refunded with Store Credit of the same value upon notice with both transaction details.
♡ Non-deliveries will be re-sent upon notice with correct transaction details. Details to be sent via IM to Dj Mixemup. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
