Authentic Mesh Playable Billiards Table! With Physics
Disclaimer: The physics aren't very good. I never solved this, and I took it off the marketplace for some years. The proper solution would have been to write my own physics in script instead of using SL's physics, but I never got around to it.
Updates:
* This was my 2008 pool table, people have asked me to put it back up because they liked it. I had taken it down since it seemed antiquated. I've decided to re-list it and give it a reduced price.
* Reduced land impact to 41 for the standard game. The land impact is 11 when the game is not in play.
* Balls will no longer continue to roll continuously in an unrealistic fashion. HUD now allows for slower hits, and default now power 4.
* Ball order on table is correct now. Also, textures are now displayed on an invisible cache prim to keep them loaded for speed.
* Balls can be derezzed by owner with /9die, useful in case they are falling.
* Fixed delivery of the pool stick and hud. Wall rack replenishes sticks automatically after one hour if any are taken.
* Corrected the theme system.
* Menu now resets back to the main menu if the table is clicked again.
* Changed table to mesh and corrected the physics of the holes to be more accurate. New theme system.
* Corrected the strange new physics problem people are seeing on some sims.
* Updater script will now check for the correct version.
* Added shadow prim, and option to toggle it on/off.
* Removed a stray debug message from the cue ball.
* Cleaner looking textures for the balls.
* Improved the quality of the delivery box.
* Reduced the number of prims the wall hang requires to 6, and added cue chalk.
DESCRIPTION
Place the pool table on the ground, move it where you wish, click the table and click 8-Ball or 9-Ball in the menu, the table racks itself.
Drop the "Pali Double Cue Rack" on the wall, people can click this to get their own pool sticks. Wear the "Pali Pool Table HUD," select a power level (left is lower, right is higher) and go into mouse look and left click while looking at the cue ball to strike the ball.
Click the table to rack the table up again, reset the cue ball after a scratch, or end the game to remove the balls in order to move the table again.
You can customize themes via the menu as well.

good table :)
it is very good table in SL ! if you still think you can find better one then you have to have four time more money to get and still it will be the same , to work the same way etc.
This is a good table indeed, you will be satisfied :)
Nice :)
good game but hard for me . thx u :) (nice quality )
Lovely to look at. Crap to play on.
I bought this table for friends to hang out and play on as we listen to music. Dropping the table and the rack I was excited. The table is AMAZING to look at, with options to change the colors if you want to a variety of different combinations. We were all excited to try this table out... and the funnest part of it was laughing at how BAD the "physics" were. The balls hook to the right side, the cue HUGS the wall and won't bounce back like it would on a real table. Every time we played all the balls would stick to the edges and right side as if there was a real tilt in the table. The laughter at how BADLY this played was the only thing that kept me from raging about it. The table is stunning, but not really viable for a good game play- if you want lots of laughs at the "physics" or a random expensive item to have for show in your bar or billiard room this table is good. If you actually want a decent game among your friends, I recommend you keep looking around.
Awesome Assistance
Thank you Palisade Coronet for your assistance.. The Table looks great and everything that comes with it...Due to an SL issue there is a problem with the balls constantly rolling inbetween turns etc.however as soon as i sent my note card to Palisade he assisted me straight away thank you so much :)
Amazing detail love this pool table!
Physics are real world and I love the beautifully detail on this mesh product you can tell the creator put a lot of work into this, it looks beautiful in my billiards room in my home. Highly recommend this pool table to any enthusiast/games room or even if you just want a nice feature to your home!
This thing realy works.
You get what you pay, looks and play rely good.
I hate that I spent years playing on something I thought was a real pool table now i have something that rely works inside SL.
Good work man.
