i was thinking of buying the 69LI version of this, but i'm happy I picked this one, as i have a 1024m plot and i'm not sure the other one would have fit. i don't know if i'll have any issues with anything disappearing, but it looks like i have the treehouse situated pretty perfectly, and it's allowed me to have a nice big garden since the living space is up high. :) i absolutely love this home, the sound effects, the butterflies at the top, it is perfect!
It's too easy to delete parts of it
Most houses, including treehouses, which I have dealt with have the parts linked so that it's not easy to accidentally delete part of the structure. I have accidentally deleted large segments of this. I would click on another object and, somehow, due to shadows or something, part of the structure deletes instead of what I clicked to delete. The deleted segments do not appear in the trash so I have to start over. I am now on the third try.

Amazing Treehouse with low LI
Love it. it is very well made and creates a woncerful ambiente, even high up in the sky where i put it.
and the low LI makes this house a Must Have.
