This is a DEMO. The perms are very restricted. The objects are no-mod, no-transfer, and the scripts are no-mod, no copy, except for the client, which is transferable to allow the demo to work on group-owned land. A detailed manual is included.

This device eliminates the tedious task of adding a name manually to ban lists of multiple land parcels in the same region. Instead, the owner can add the name to all the parcels' ban lists by typing it once and clicking three times. It can also remove names from multiple ban lists. The owner of the device must own the land, unless it is group-owned, in which case the owner must be able to deed objects to the group. When used for parcels in a single region, setiup is very simple: rez a server anywhere in the region, and rez a client in each parcel.
If certain conditions are met, it can also add names to, and remove them from, the ban lists of parcels in adjacent regions. This is fully explained in the manual that accompanies the full and demo versions.
The objects are full perm. The scripts are no-mod, no-transfer, except for the client script, which is transferable. The script can be placed into other objects of the owner's choice if desired.
