Simply rez the Statue its a transparent phantom box with an intelligent Particle script inside , give it a while to load the Particle-Texture.
If you can not find the box go to Menu View Highlight transparent and turn off Particles in Settings.

When you touch the box it brings up a blue dialog to change the size, it takes up to 1 minute to see the result.
