Call me weird but I like to provide helpful reviews rather than a generic "it's great!" posting. This is a fun item to purchase, and it looks just like what you see in the picture. Your avatar will lie on the stretcher when you select and wear this item from your inventory. Your avatar will lie on the stretcher until you start moving your avatar, at which point he will stand up (with the stretcher going vertical and one of the medics up in the air. Oh, don't get me wrong...this is a great item, and I'm having fun with it. I've already recommended it to a ton of people. Even if you had to pay a few dollars for this, it would still be worth it...but it's free and definitely worth getting. Nicely done, Pepette!
