Just Not Enough Space to Warrant Sale Price of L$6,000
This message is to distinctly notify you that I am very unhappy with this product and do not plan to use it because it does not match the profile of a penthouse and is certainly too small too enjoy.--Not for what you are selling this item.
I often wonder why your items are so expensive. This is the case with this house. Each person I have invited to view the house said the house does not worth 6,000. Unfortunately, my opinion does not align with your other "positive" feedback.

Everyone that sees my house has said the same thing... "wow".
It's positively elegant! The pose balls on the bed and jacuzzi are better than any I've seen. Thank you so very much to Nielsen, for giving me a home that Im disinclined to leave!
