Make Petrichor your own and experience true freedom! All our parcels are around 4-5k+ sqm with 2400+ prims, all have stunning hot springs, healing crystals and plenty of space to make it yours.

All parcels are expertly landscaped and have exclusive houses that have been customized and transformed into romantic warm homes by our talented decorators.

The decor can be replaced with your own and there are 1200 prims available just for that. The landscaping and home do not count.

To make one of the beautiful houses your own, you can take a landmark above which leads you to the rental box which is a black mailbox attached to a rock and use it to pay your tier easily. Mailboxes that have hovertext listing the price it means that the plot is available, when there's no hovertext that home is already occupied. If you get a security warning, that also means the rental is not available.

Is your favorite home already taken ? You can:
1) Click it's black mailbox and use the 'NOTIFY' button to get a notification in local chat when this home becomes available. If you get messages forwarded to your email, you will receive an email, along with others who are waiting for that home.

2) You can reserve the next spot by paying one week of tier up front and talking to Night Starchild in world, or by already renting another home and you wish to move. This means that if any other home is available you can rent that one and wait it out while already enjoying our beautiful region.
