This is the perfect way to display your favorite snapshots. Good quality mesh retains it's shape even at lower LODs. Simply drag the images you want onto the panels and you are done! Semi rustic woodgrain finish looks good in almost any decor and can be tinted to match your home interior. Baked in shadow behind the boxes can be removed by unlinking it from the set if you so desire. Can also be resized by editing the whole unit or if you think they "stick out" too much for your taste, edit the boxes to make them practically flat. So many options.
Note: You may need to edit the horizontal and/or vertical texture scale and offset for your images so they aren't stretched or squished after they are applied. This is done easily in Edit > Select Face > Texture. Select the image that needs fixing and play with the scale, rotation and offset values until you get them looking the way you want.
- Only 1 Prim Land Impact
- Keeps shape at lower LODs
- Display 7 of your own favorite images
- "Shadowbox" style gives it more depth
No good
Does'nt allow click and drag. So in fact pretty useless. Waste of even 1 L
Very nicely done
I was worried when someone posted that it don't work.. the draggin of the picture .. But I said for 20L... try it... Im glad I did...cause it worked with no problem.. The 1 prim stayed 1 even after I loaded the pictures inside each frame... Im very pleased with this... and I can add more frames in other rooms...WTG, job well done...…..
Does not allow to click and drag onto frames
I attempted to click and drag the photo onto the frame as it said. it does not allow. Clicking directly onto the frame itself only applies the picture to the frame and not INTO the frame.
Worked well
This frame did exactly what it advertised it would do. It is also copyable so you can use it all over your house and make it bigger or smaller..
Awesome picture frames!
A lovely and low LI way to show off a bunch of my favorite pictures! You may need to adjust of your photos' tiling settings because of the dimensions, but it's no real problem. Or if you don't really care, you can just drag n' drop and go! Highly recommend this :)
