Pine Ridge Lodge is a bigger version of the log cabin.
It has 5 bedrooms, perfect for the family. One of the bedroom is on the ground floor and has an attached bathroom and a double doors leading out onto the front deck.
It also has a back porch, spacious living, dining and kitchen area.
Upstairs, the landing is large enough for a family area. There are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom even has a loft with huge windows. Perfect when you want to escape from the bustling family. A balcony overlooks the backyard while the open landing area provides a great view of the outdoor out infront.
There is even extra space up on the open loft for a playroom.
I have also added pine trees and flowers front and back.
The house itself is 212 land impact on an area of around 31x41. With the landscaping, the complete built is 265 land impact on a 37x44 base. This house would be perfect on a mountain or next to a lake. It would also make a great beach house. This would make a good skybox too.
As usual, my houses are copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are no mod.
