This wallpaper is great - has a molding with distressed and grungy shabby chic look to it, floral wall paper above the molding - amazing looking
This is a prim, not a texture - its used to make a skin for the inside of a house - perhaps a house your renting and do not have permissions to change the wall texture - but want a different look for the room.
