Lovely Textures, Pretty Drape....
Piper Moda is one of my favorite stores! Karen Piper's texturing is great, and many of her designs have a retro feel that appeals to me. That her prices are crazy good is just a bonus! I showed this gown to a friend, and she bought a copy immediately!
