Yes only one dress is there.
Yes only the second dress is there. there is no hud, but #2 is the most selkie-like texure.
Beware!
I love Selkie in RL and it was so lovely to find this dress in SL. The shape and the colour is delightful, but you need to be wary of two things:
First, you are going to need to spend some time setting up an AO that will interact properly with this dress. Not super easy, but definitely doable.
Second, don't buy the fullpack. It only has one dress in it. In my case, it is the one I would wear least, but it might not be for you. However, it was strange to pay 100L more for it to have no extras. If you are going to buy this dress, don't get the fullpack.
