FREE UPDATES
SL changes over time, and improvements to the game are constantly made. This air hockey table has a built in ability to update to the latest version with just a few menu clicks. These updates will always be free.

The air hockey table itself is modifiable and so this item is listed as modifiable, however the scripts within are not modifiable and making changes other than resizing the air hockey table risks breaking things. This air hockey table can be resized without breaking gameplay, however. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
Also note, as this item is mesh, resizing it to make it larger can increase its land impact substantially.
Lastly, this game requires a HUD to play (included with the table). This means that anybody who wishes a play a game will need to have the ability to run scripts.

Creator went above and beyond
Not only is it rare to find modifiable games in SL, it's rarer still that the creator goes above and beyond for niche use-cases like mine.
So, some background: My community has already enjoyed this product for many years prior, but it came time to replace another user's table from an older build. When I told Dustin that this was intended for a non-human community that didn't use human animations, he spent his own time putting together a modified version, so that I could replace the animations with something compatible. He took an already-fun product, and went the extra mile to make sure it was the best it could be.
I wish I could give this ten stars. Five just isn't enough!

Really fun and works nicely.
I bought this because I had enjoyed the pool table for almost a decade now and it is impressive that this works as well as it does in SL. Being completely honest its not perfect as it is a game-within-a-game and has a few hiccups from just how Second Life operates at no fault of the table or its creator but its still extremely fun, easy to pick up and play and great to have around the home or hangout areas for when you and your friends get the urge to play some air hockey.
Oh also you can customize the table to fit your space too which is a huge plus on top of how it operates!
