Great island with many features and HQ animations. The island is about 40m wide has a waterfall a small cave and a campfire (the boat is not driveable). All textures can be changed through a menu. There is room for 1 couple and 4 single avatars.

Beautiful
Island itself is about 40 meters wide. With the seafoam, it extends to about 64 meters wide. It's breathtaking. There are many options in this item. Texture change for even the seafoam and trees. Can't beat the price for something like this.

This island look amazing as an out of sim island. Many poses, and so many texture options! You can play around for very long just trying out all textures...
