Realistic floating boat jetty/pontoon/dock perfect for your waterside sim. Mesh construction. Low LI. (Only 5 total!) Original custom textures built from real dock. Can be used for many different uses, jetty, wharf, dock, platform for Ocean or Lake. Simple but very realistic in build and appearance. Perfect height at water level for most boats and marine vessels. Now features two extra different textured pontoons. One metal and 1 grey carpet matting.
