Ponyvale Manor

The Ponyvale Estate Manor is a sprawling two storey home great for a family setting or those who like lots of spaces to decorate.

Upon entering the foyer you find a large hallway, to the left the archway leads to a spacious living room area with a grand fireplace and cast iron wall sconces providing a relaxing glow. To your right is a doorway to the large home office and along the right side wall, a fine wood staircase leading to the second storey.

Continuing through the foyer hallway you will find the spacious kitchen, with ample room for cupboards, appliances and perhaps an island, you will be able to put together a world class kitchen here, a space to create all your family meals and memories.

Through the archway in the kitchen you will find the dining area, a set of french doors leading to the back patio, a connecting archway into the living room and last but not least the large sunroom with soaring cathedral ceiling supported by majestic wooden beams and walls full of windows for a fantastic view and just the right amount of sunshine.

Back to the foyer and up the staircase you will find a large hall with windows at one end providing for natural light as well as abundant lighting from the overhead fixtures.

Connecting to the upper hallway you have 3 bedrooms and one smaller room the right size for a comfortable bathroom.

The roomy master suite has its own fireplace to keep you cozy on those chilly nights as well as a connected room for the master bath or nursery with views of your backyard and patio.
