You can change the colour, Edit the pool then use Edit linked part, Edit only the beam, in the General tab you see the colourname (red/white) change it in every colourname you want, and close. Then switch lights off and on again, and you have a different colour.

Easy to rezz and remove (rezzbox)
Place on ground Rez It.....edit the box to find the good place and ready (menu)
