Create rain and snow on command. Wear it and touch the device to be presented with a menu for snow or rain. To stop the snow or rain after it has started, touch snow or rain again.
The device will work in no-script areas if you wear it first in a script enabled area and then teleport into the no-script area.
If you are in an area, where building is allowed, you may rez it on the ground. It includes a note card to make the device operable only by the owner or anyone at your choice.
The item is provided with copy and modify permissions except for scripts, which are copy only.
