Just add photo of your special friend by clicking item, choose Edit , choose Select Face, while keeping edit window open click on center of photo area on actual frame, then select default photo showing in edit window - which will take you to your inventory, choose your own photo from your textures in your inventory , then click OK! Photo can be changed anytime you like.
