I like this piece. It's roomy and quirky; has interesting textures. colours, and possibilities. Elements can be modified. The whole structure fits a 1024sqm neatly.

Good detailed building, ideal for all your mad scientist with flashing tesla equipment. A great building for tongue in cheek steampunk scientist fun.
Still great 2 years later
i came back to this building two years later...and am just as happy with the construction. The ceilings are a bit low so i have been able to mod the hell out of it and am still thrilled. So many possibliities
I'm creating a sim, and want things to match it. I tell you what, I have bought four buildings so far from this individual. They have skill and I love what they've done. Any prims I don't want, they have made it easy to simply edit or delete them. 5 Stars.
