Powered wheelchair that works as an attachment, not a vehicle, so you can ride around in it anywhere you can walk. Has an animation over-rider. The joystick control points in the direction the wheelchair is steering. When typing in chat the left hand types on the keypad, and animated characters appear on the screen.

Bad animations.
