Prayer Box

Prayer Box.

If we are honest with ourselves, there are times when we pray, asking the Lord to work in an area of our lives, or that of someone we know, only to walk away and begin to try and 'fix' the situation ourselves. God would have us to leave it in his hands, to deal with in his fashion and in his time.

This little box is just a tool. It holds no magical or special powers. In itself, it can do nothing. But, it is a sealed box, no door, no lid, no opening of any kind, save for the 'hole' in the shape of the cross.

When you find yourself in a place of not being able to 'let go', simply write your petition on a notecard, and drop it into the box,(contents). (In rl. this would be a slip of paper placed inside thru the cross).

It is in God's hands, sealed in the box, beyond reach. Now, when you see the box, you will know it is in God's hand and he will take care of it in his time.
