5 story Hotel, this is large, and it's done in a style that was to mimic a sim design that I would say is closely inspired by Batman Beyond or a similar type of futuristic environment.
**Note - The Vashar Signs and Graffiti are not included with the build, it comes essentially plain of these extra adornments. If you'd like a copy of the graffiti I can see about getting them for you.
Beyond the multiple levels, sliding doors, and vertically swinging doors, there is a diner fully furnished attached to the side, as well as roof axis. It's large enough to fill a 4096 leaving room for a road sidewalk and parking lot to trim the edges.
As usual all my work is done with normal prims do to the type of sim I generally design for not allowing the use of mega prims so this one is a bit heavy on the prim count, but that's why everything is mod and copy so you can edit as you please. The low price is do to the high amount of prims for the build.
