With the prim mirror tool you can, well, mirror prims :) This is useful when you have to create 2 'same' objects, but in a 'left' and a 'right' version.

It also mirrors sculpted prims. (only in the X direction since a sculptie only has 1 direction :)

The box of the tool is modify, which means you can put the scripts also in a prim that you made. That way the prims you mirror with the tool, will show you as creator.

the tool is no mod/copy/ no trans.

created prims are of course trans.

Note that this tool does NOT create mirrors of linksets, but 1 prim only. If you want to mirror linksets use the excellent tool from Dora Gustafson which accidentally happens to have the same name.

keywords: prim mirror, sculptie mirror, mirror prims, invert prims, invert sculpties, prim inverter

I got this item because it said it could mirror sculpts at least in the X axis, a relieve after all the rotations getting screwed in other prim mirrors, so I wouldn't need to resetup every single rotation axis... but all I get when following the instructions is just a simple cylinder of 0.5x0.5y0.5z size that does nothing than just stand there, no matter what I try.

I tried contacting the author to check if it was a problem with the product or something not well explained in the notecard that I was doing wrong, but I got no answer from them in 3 days.

Does what it says. Mirrors a part. If you need to do linksets, get Link Mirror.
