Excellent avatar! Key points though:
I like the textures you included- easy to mod, set up right, but there's no arm textures! I'm a bit saddened, but I'm hoping there'll be an update for that.
Everything's fairly moddable, except for if your protogen has spots on the fur- if there is going to be a "template" for the fur area in the main body texture, or legs textures, that would be great ^.^
All in all, well worth the lindens; I do wish the crotchplate was removable, but that's my own personal harrumph; it's part of their lore after all. Way eager for new tails, though ^.^
good avatar but hips are too wide
other than that its pretty good avi for the price
Shows a lot of potential, decent modding ability.
I was honestly kind of skeptical at first when I bought it but after putting it on and playing around with it I've grown to really like it. It definitely has room for improvement but its also not unusable or barely usable in its current state with decent room for modding, a good seamless fur texture helps a lot and its done in a way that lets you apply one.
The head would benefit from using a black background with the faces as an alpha layer over it but the unwrap means it /can/ be scripted for expression swapping with a single texture, I'll mess with trying that more later though. To fix the first reviewer's issue the body could be broken up into more parts (like the head separate) which would increase modding ability and have each part split down the middle for texture faces (like the kemono does) to allow for texture mirroring manually and asymmetric skins. The body does have a few of the issues due to it being pretty low poly to the point it seems a bit lumpy in places, but manually triangulating parts can fix that pretty well and low poly isn't at all bad since its very kind to your graphics processor.
For the price though its definitely not bad and with a few improvements and further development would be an absolutely amazing standalone Protogen avatar, keep up the good work!
pretty ok
combined this with the fido helmet for NS systems and works well enough. tried replacing the star textures for the NS logo and discovered one side will be correct, the other side which is linked will be backwards.
overall for being the only protogen AV on the market, I can't complain too much
