I built this restroom for my own sim as I could not find a public restroom for sale that wasn't grungy and dirty. This restroom is nice and clean, perfect for a public sim like a park, beach, outdoor club or family roleplay area where you want nice restrooms. Low land impact too. All PG, no naughty stuff, family friendly. Copy/Mod so you can change the textures if you like.

Yes there are very fancy ones out there if you want them but this fit my needs just fine at a lounge and cafe club. Looks nice,very clean and evenly build. Only thing needed done was adjusting the script to the urinals other then that perfect.
