For the ears, right click the ears as you wear them or rezzed on the ground. In edit mode, hold down Shift + Ctrl and resize them til you see X: 0.500 Y: 0.127 Z: 0.298
Now, you have to wear the ears for this one. I got mine position at X 0.12991, Y 0.00003 and Z 0.06453
Moderate editing skills recommended!
