Q Creations presents its first off sim island! This is a smallish 20x20 island (approx), complete with palm trees, rocks and animated sea foam.
What does off-sim mean? It's is a linked object where the root prim remains on your land and the non-root prims are "shoved" off sim and out into the water. This give the illusion that you have more land than you actually have!
This island is only 14 Prims, and is Mod and Copy and is only 10 Lindens!

I was having trouble creating a paradise effect in my panorama when I ran across THIS. It's everything it says it is and it perfectly sets off that island feel! Perfect!

i tried for hours but not going of sim
still a positive review , why ? . reason is simple i did look at the item and even walked on it
