This is an off sim Rock Jetty made to fit onto the left side of your water front property. It's meant to blend naturally into your terraformed land and creates a sense of privacy and realism to your land. Although it fits best on 4096 land and up, it does fit on 2048 and 1024 land as well. I've included several extra plants, palm trees, and rocks for your landscaping needs so you can further customize your environment.

I cannot stress enough how good this is, I have looked around at a lot off off sim solutions and this is just as good but for a fraction of the price....in fact I really love the idea of connecting to the land. Please buy it you will not be disappointed!! :)
