You know the problem, you rent or buy oceanfront grassland property and theres no beach! That sucks!
Well here’s your solution…. Q Creations - Off Sim Virtual Beach Extension!
This is a beach you rez on your land, extend it out into the ocean (off sim)
and the root prim stays on your land, allowing you to do this.
Just terra form your land a bit so it looks natural and you’re done!
Now you have a beautiful beach thats even Mod so you can
change it or add to it (if you have building knowledge).
Now because its off sim you won’t be able to actually walk on it, so its really just to create
a great visual, but you can however buy my off sim props Im making just for this beach.
These are great because you can rez them and place them on the beach and “sit” on animations
allowing you to go off sim too! Neat!
This is the 30 Meter wide beach version and will fit onto your 1024 (32 X 32) or 2048 (32 X 64) oceanfront land.
I also sell a 60 Meter wide version to fit onto your 4096 (64 x 64)

This is a great item! I was easily able to get it down to 24 prims/land impact because it is mod. You could make this far less prims if you wanted to remove plants etc, but I like the look of it as it is. This really makes your land have a finished and realistic look and it is easily editable to stretch it to the exact length of your land. I like this better than my skye beach system because each piece of that is almost 10 land impact without rocks or any decorations.. this is all inclusive. Thank you to the creator, I will use this item for a long time!
