Qigong (Chi - Kung) is an ancient Chinese health care system. It means "Life Energy Cultivation." It is the integration of breathing techniques, physical postures and focused intentions. It is practiced by aligning the mind, body and breath for health as well as meditation. Additionally it has been used with martial arts training.
Qigong awakens one's "true nature" allows access to higher realms of awareness and helps develop human potential. The movements are fluent, gentle and rhythmic to reduce stress, increase vitality, build stamina, and enhance the immune system.
Ultimately it is the connection of mind, body and soul and even used for medical healing. You can easily perform Qigong in real life along with your avatar and bring its amazing benefits to your daily routine!

The Qigong Mat comes with an ADJUST function menu for the user to make custom adjustments for their specific avatar. The scripts will remember a large number of custom positions for avatars who use the "[ADJUST]" menu to adjust poses.

This is a fun and interactive way of learning the basics of Spring Forest Qigong. I have been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong for many years, and plan to incorporate these exercises into my daily routine. The animations are very well done, and the information contained within the note cards is very informative. Along with the narrative from the website, this can be a very effective way of learning Qigong.
