Are you tired of those big giant stuffy formals that cost alot? But when you go to dance you look like a cake because of the huge skirt? Then this is the formal for you. This dress is so beautiful. The detailing of the skirt is awesome and it flows nicely. The perfect sexy and formal dress. and it is FREE. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!
