A truly beautiful and comfortable home.
I really love this house and I am shocked at the quality, given the low, low price! Firstly, I really like that it is raised up, because that's perfect for a beach or hilly sim. Given the height, we get great views from the wrap-around porch. The footprint is small enough that even on our little parcel we have room for a nice sized yard, yet the house is big enough for the family. There is a large main room, big bedroom and two little bedrooms, one of which we use as a bathroom. It's a good size for a little family that loves to RP. It looks very pretty and detailed, and did I mention the porch? We love the porch!!
