What is this ?
Chat Transmitter is a system that allows people located from each other at a distance more than 20 meters continue to communicate in the local chat.
This system does not have the functionality of logging or spying, so if owner not in scan area system dont send anything to him.
It need max 101 prim (1 for base + 1 per connected avatar) .
Well, thats all.

Limits:
This version has a limit, ie the maximum scan area limited to 128 meters (128 x 128 x 128), good variant for Club or Hub.
Also you can place only 1 system per sim and avatar(2+ avatars can place transmitter on same sim).
