I am using the dress with Maitreya and my body pokes through everywhere, I have to manually click around to make things invisible, but it's not possible to make nothing poke through without also showing missing patches of skin where squares have been made invisible.
If you don't care about details or manually clicking 15 times each time you wear it, then I guess it's worth buying.
