You can wear these skins directly to your BOM ready mesh body and head. You only need to have your mesh body and head updated to BOM. Check your mesh vendor for the updates of their meshes.
This skin pack comes with the following

Take Note: Skin applier is NOT included in the pack as you can wear the skins directly to your meshes. Just like the old times, you can just wear your skin as is.
