Inside the folder you will find a teacup and saucer with both a higher level of detail or regular level of detail. A tea insert that can be placed inside the tea cup to make it look like it's filled with tea. Finished 512 X 512 ready to use textures are also provided as seen in the picture.
Land impact of higher level of detail teacup is 2 prims, regular detail level is 1, as is for the saucer as well. The tea insert doesn't have any land impact after it's linked to the tea cup.
