This is a nice sized rustic or country looking stone cottage home, with inside walls that have wainscot paneling.
It is very low prim, coming in at only 10 total!
It features custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. Good for your own use or to be used as rentals.
Has a 10m x 20m footprint, so to fit on smaller plots of land.
It would look nice in a forest, western, fantasy, medieval, Victorian or any other number of picture settings.
