This is a simple set of sculpty one prim Mansard Roof shapes, for the top of a tower, turret or spire. These are the curved roof section, found atop many Victorian Homes. The set comes with 4 square roofs, from one with a point to wide at the top & there is also one round roof, with a point.
There are sculpts I created for my own buildings, but I’ve been asked where I got them, so now I’m offering them, for other’s buildings. All items included are Full Permission and can be used as is or in your own build projects.
The curves on the roof sculpts, are slightly wavy, but when stretched out and placed on the top of a roof, it does not show much. Also the points, on the pointed ones are a little crunchy up close, so I normally cover them with a cap prim. All of the roof shapes are made to have a prim on the bottom and a cap on top. I make the bottom prim match in size, side to side and the top just fit over, for a nice finish. (See the last pics, for some buildings I’ve used them on)
Included items are all 5 Texture Maps, 5 little example roofs shown in pics and the Seamless Old Shingle texture, also shown.
This is a handy set of curved roof sculpts, that are useful for Victorian Home, Haunted House, Cartoon & Toon Playhouse or any building that needs a Mansard Roof. They can also be used for Turrets & Towers on Castles and other medieval, tudor buildings or on top of an Asian Pagoda & other Chinese or Japanese structures.

i bought these on a lark never knowing what i could possibly do with them but thinking "awww, their so adorable!"
i am now, two months later, using them in my second build! i had made a perfectly round Scifi Disco and added the circular one as a lark and POW! suddenly the sort of cool disco was AMAZING! i refinished in a water texture and was super happy.
the current one is a tiki hut.

I agree it would be nice to have some hollow options with this, but... it is not necessary for this little roofs to still look great on a build. I'm using them for a nice Victorian type build and they are working wonderfully.

These are very nicely made. I like the shapes. Only thing it needs is for the pieces to be hollow. And maybe add around base for the round top? Other than that, it's great.
