1. When you are done with the customizing, you have the option to delete the scripts. This will not delete the clock scripts, only the customizing related ones.

Almost flawless
All the different customization options are fantastic, the colors are great, the only problem I found was with resizing. Using the HUD to shrink it down to 10% or more made the watch hands disappear, and sizing it back up had the hands off-centered.
