This is a fun little cartoon house or cottage, that has a slant to one side. It is 2 stories and because of it's whacky shape, there are no need for stairs up, you can just walk right up the wall.

It features custom textures, but is mod so they can be changed. There are some fun window and door designs.

Also most of the textures are a base color, so they can be tinted to any color (see pics), it comes as shown with green trims.

The house has a 10 x 10 footprint.

Fun for kids of all ages and neat in any forest, fantasy or toon town setting!
