RE Swiss Chalet Cabin w/Snow on Roof - Cottage/House/Ski Lodge

This is a nice little traditional Swiss Chalet Cabin. It is has a front porch and open ceiling. Displayed on the front, are the Swiss coat of arms shields for the cities of Berne & Geneva, Switzerland and a sculpty snow covered roof. It has a rustic mountain log cabin look about it.

It features custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. Good for your own use, or to be used as rentals. The shutters can also be tinted to different colors.

It has a 12 x 9 footprint, including the front porch and is low prim as well.

Would look nice used as a ski retreat or in the rolling green hills or mountains. Could even be found in elf, fantasy or maybe western settings too.
