Vix Watch
It looks nice, it's simple in design, the hands actually move (not sure if the timekeeping is accurate), but being free there's no reason this couldn't have had mod perms.
This would've otherwise been perfect for an outfit I made - if I could've changed the color to black and silver instead of white and gold. It's nice, but severely marred by not having mod perms.
